Gallery Blog of Words and Art (2024)

In this Gallery Blog of Words and Art, I am looking at how arts and culture exists in societies, structures, and systems in Canada and the possibilities for change that can be extended elsewhere.

Each blog posting will include a piece of word art, reflections, questions, and the opportunity to engage in a community conversation at the end of the year (December 15, 2024).

The themes that will be explored include the following words: context, adjacency, imagination, cookies, words, ideas, impact, leading, innovative, silence, permission, and hope.

Through reflective research, I am exploring these words through writing AND the physical creation of words (with paper, paint, cloth, embroidery, and ink) and I will always be stitching. My hope is to stitch words and meaning together and consider opportunities for change.

This Gallery Blog of Words & Art is a paid subscriber blog which will be sent by email to all subscribers on the 15th of every month. The one-time subscription fee is $50 for the 2024 year and includes 12 blog articles.
