I work with individuals and organizations to research programs, projects, plans, and ideas.

Collaborating together, I will listen deeply, I will respect your ideas and cheer them on. I will pause, I will ask questions, and I will take time away to reflect on your ideas.

I will research, and I will come back and share what I’m hearing. I will offer new ideas, I will listen, and then we will develop something special together.

RESEARCH PROCESS

  • I gather with agreements of care.

    I gather through the invitation to collective care for the conversations, ideas, perspective that will be shared.

    l ask how you personally connect to the topic that has brought us together and I support you to set up agreements of collective care for all.

  • I listen deeply with intention.

    I listen through the use of surveys, interviews, focus groups, and data collection centring the well-being, freedom, and validation of all.

    I ask what is the intention, the difference hoped for and made, resources and time planned and used, and impact on all.

  • I investigate from different perspectives.

    I investigate through reports, documents, stories, activities, and conversations from different perspectives.

    I ask what is the context, gaps, needs, preferences, and current reality of different stakeholders and how that aligns with your values, goals, objectives, plans, and strategies.

  • I develop ideas by making connections.

    I develop ideas through listening deeply, asking big picture questions, and making multiple connections.

    I ask what new ideas I can offer to the goals, objectives, outcomes, timelines, budget, and resources of your programs, projects, plans, and ideas.
